| I really liked it and you just ahd to high of a level for what you wanted it to sound like, plus songs are always better when they're sung with emotions. | |

| Well, I'm trying to think of something witty to say... Uhh, the choir did not sound too great the day before, so we ditched the song. I think it was a good decision. I would be mortified if we sang it and completely blew it. Like I said, the people just don't care about music. Most of them are just in there for a "free" hour, and never put a lick of work in. ...so far: Nothin'. | |

| Well, I'm trying to think of something witty to say... Oh, uh... my school is not that great at singing...
Like, at Evangel, we do songs that are written with parts for choirs. At my school, we try to break a contemporary Christian song, written for one person, into parts. That, combined with a lack of talent (aside from two or three excellent solo-people), makes for a pretty off-key and scrambled sounding choir.
But, aside from that, I think our director does a good job at it. She can figure out parts well and teach us correctly. It's just that most people are too lazy to practice, inside OR outside of class. ...so far: Nothin'. | |
